Bureaus generally have 30 days to investigate, so the first results tend to arrive inside the first couple of months. A full case usually runs 3–6 months depending on the volume of items and how the bureaus respond. Timelines vary by file, and we do not promise a completion date.
We dispute items that are inaccurate, unverifiable, or obsolete under the FCRA. Items bureaus cannot verify within 30 days must be removed by law. We do not dispute items we know are accurate and verifiable.
You pay a setup fee to begin your case, and then a per-item fee only for each negative item successfully removed. Zero advance fees. This aligns our incentives with your results.
We Not Me Financial Group currently serves clients in Kentucky, Tennessee, Florida, Illinois, and Ohio. Contact us if you're in another state — we may still be able to help.
The Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.) prohibits advance fees, requires written contracts, and gives you a 3-day cancellation right. We Not Me Financial Group operates in full compliance.
Metro 2 is the standard data format creditors use to report account information to credit bureaus. When creditors report data in the wrong Metro 2 format — wrong codes, wrong fields — it constitutes inaccurate reporting under the FCRA, even if the underlying debt is valid. That makes it a legitimate basis for a dispute, though whether it applies depends entirely on how a particular account was reported.
Business credit is built on your EIN, separate from your Social Security number. We guide you through getting a DUNS number, establishing Net-30 vendor accounts (Tier 1–3), and building your Paydex score with Dun & Bradstreet. Once your Paydex is established, you're positioned to apply for business credit cards and lines of credit without a personal guarantee.
